Remote Support - Back in my day, we took computers to the store for service.........

Just a few guidance notes to help you before you proceed:
  1. The PC we are working on will need to be connected to broadband
  2. Your PC can be running any of the Windows flavours - 98, ME, XP or Vista
  3. We need to be able to gauge that the problem you have is going to be repairable using remote support - the easiest way to do this is to phone us in advance on 01484 818154 to outline the issue ......or click on the button below to call us free of charge (coming soon)

    At any stage you can download the very small Instant Housecall program fromthe banner below - it really is a painless experience - you need to do this so we can connect to you
  5. Finally all you have to do is pay for the session (see below for other means of using the service) Our charges are £10 for the first 15 minutes - we would hope to complete most jobs in this time. Should it not be possible to complete the job within 15 minutes we will advise options depending on the work done during the first period.
You may have received Instant on-line support credits when you bought a new PC or Laptop from us, you may have Instant on-line support credits as part of a Your PC warranty package or you may have Instant on-line support credits in the form of a gift token. One last point, we know from our experience of working on PC's & Laptops in the workshop that jobs don't always go to plan - If one of our support sessions goes that way we will give you the option of bringing the machine in for us to complete the job - we will then simply refund you the on-line charges you've paid and then invoice as if the job had been done in the workshop.....so you really have nothing to loose...... have your PC fixed from the comfort of your own home or office today.
